Characteristics of Nano Micro Bubble Generator (I)

Nano micro bubble generator is the main component of producingm micro-nano bubbles. Bubbles of ten to tens of micrometers in water are called micron bubbles.The bubbles below hundreds of nanometers in size are called nanobubbles, and the mixed state in the middle of micron and nano bubbles is called micro-nano bubbles.

Characteristics of nano micro bubble generator

(1) Long stay in water. General bubbles in the water will soon rise to the surface of the water and disappear, that is, the existence time is short. Micron bubbles will stay for dozens of seconds or even a few minutes in water from the production to the final break and disappearance. Research data indicate that the rising speed of bubbles with the diameter of 1mm in water is 6m/min, while that of bubbles with the diameter of 10um in water is 3mm/min. It can be seen that micron bubbles rise very slowly in the water, so they can stay in the water for a long time.

(2) There are negative charges on the surface of charged micron bubbles, and compared with ordinary bubbles, the negative charge on micron bubbles is relatively high. Generally, the surface load of bubbles below 30um is about -40mV, which is also one of the reasons why micron bubbles can gather together for a long time without breaking. Micron bubbles can be used to adsorb positively charged substances in water by the electronegative characteristic, which has a good effect on the adsorption and separation of suspended substances or pollutants in water.

(3) Self-pressurization is related to the pressure inside the dissolved bubbles and the surface tension. The smaller the diameter of the bubbles, the higher the inside pressure is. Due to the small diameter and large specific surface area of micron bubbles, the internal pressure is much larger than the external liquid pressure, and it is precisely because micron bubbles have advantages of internal pressurization and large specific surface area, the gas solubility of micro bubbles is hundreds of times as much as the millimeter bubbles.
